DC: Long Distance Relationship
There’s nothing like an international admirer to boost a building’s self esteem. (Above, NASH prez Satoshi Yoshimura with former Loudon Country supervisor Lori Waters at a groundbreaking a few years back.) JBG and CIM Group own the hotel and have been hunting for investors to redevelop the property’s historic tower into condos for months. We wonder, will other projects get jealous and start courting foreign suitors?
