1) His Company Opted For Cool Springs

This spring, CKE Restaurants, which the secretary-designee heads, inked a 50k SF lease in Spectrum | Emery Inc's Two Franklin Park office building, which is under construction. The company, the parent of Hardee's, Carl's Jr and Green Burrito, will spend about $50M to move from offices in California and Missouri.

3) Personal Land Holdings In Williamson County

Last year, Puzder acquired more than 52 acres just outside Brentwood on Split Log Road, all undeveloped agricultural land, for more than $1.8M. More recently, he purchased about 80 undeveloped acres at 5540 Wilkins Branch Road in Leiper's Fork, more than doubling his personal real estate holdings in the county.

4) How Many Hardee's In Williamson County?

There are three Hardee's in Williamson County: one each in Franklin, Fairview and Spring Hill. There's also a Hardee's Red Burrito in Franklin. There are more than 5,800 Hardee's all together.
