Placeholder

Another day, another deal that proves Nashville's one of the hottest hotel markets in the country. Rockbridge Capital acquired the Hilton Garden Inn on Korean Veterans Boulevard for $80.3M, a near record per-room price for a hotel in Nashville. The 214-room property, which opened only last year, fetched more than $375k/room, making it the third-largest hotel deal here, reports the Nashville Business Journal.

Rockbridge bought the Hilton Garden Inn from its developer, Franklin-based Chartwell Hospitality. The buyer, based in Columbus, OH, is no stranger to Nashville. The company is also busy converting the building at 200 Fourth Ave N into a 226-room boutique hotel. The record price for a Nashville hotel remains the Union Station Hotel, which sold in 2014 for $418k/room. [NBJ]
