2013 Brokers of the Year

Congrats to NAIOP’s brokers of the year! Above, Studley’s Mark O’Donnell (with colleague Aaron Howes) celebrates his team—including David Providenti and Kelly Givens—winning office deal of the year, Statoil’s 591k SF lease in Westchase. CBRE EVP Sanford Criner was named this year’s office broker of the year, and Cassidy Turley senior managing director John Nicholson is the industrial broker of the year. NAIOP also inducted Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Cook into its Houston Hall of Fame. Cushman & Wakefield was also honored with the industrial deal of the year for Intermarine’s sale/leaseback in the Ship Channel.

Stream also came away with two awards: Its Jeremy Hunt (pictured) was named the office rising star of the year, and the firm was recognized with the pacesetter award. NAI Houston’s Nick Peterson was awarded the industrial rising star.
