If you’re looking for 200k SF of Class-A office and you need it now, you’re in luck. Colvill Office Properties director of market research Sherra Gilbert has ID’d seven spaces you can slip right into.

1. 811 Louisiana

The largest availability on the market is Shell’s former space in 811 Louisiana (formerly Two Shell Plaza). It’s actually broken into two blocks, 160k SF and 188k SF. 2. Five Greenspoint Place

Here’s another vacancy created by the relocation of an energy giant—Exxon recently relocated out of Five Greenspoint Place into Springwoods Village. 3. 2 Houston Center
