NAIOP Houston recognized the city's top players last night at the 28th annual Broker of the Year Awards.

A big shoutout to Savills Studley EVP Mark O’Donnell (pictured), who received Office Broker of the Year accolades, and Jackson Cooksey's Reggie Beavan, who was recognized as the Industrial Broker of the Year.

Jackson Cooksey's Andy Iversen received the Industrial Deal of the Year award for the largest single industrial transaction in 2015, the $417M Daikin Industries facility underway on Highway 290.

CBRE's Jon Lee got the Office Deal of the Year honors for the Stage Stores HQ lease.

Industrial and Office Rising Star Awards, given to brokers with five or fewer years of experience, were bestowed to Lee & Associates' Reed Vestal and Cushman & Wakefield's Morgan  Relyea, respectively.

The Houston Chapter also inducted Stream Realty Partners managing director Jon Farris into its Hall of Fame, citing his years of experience, performance and leadership in the brokerage community.
