Technology company FullContact is relocating its 90 Denver-based employees from traditional office space in Lower Downtown to a full floor in the WeWork Tabor Center coworking space at 1200 17th St.

The move, expected to occur in November, is the result of the tech company’s projection that it will grow from 90 employees to 175 over the next four years. The WeWork location will have 17 private spaces to serve as offices, huddle and conference rooms.

“A headquarters should serve as the foundation for company culture, so our biggest considerations when searching for a new office were brand and functionality,” FullContact Director of Operations Matt Hubbard said.

FullContact makes software and apps to help business people manage their contacts and companies gather more useful customer data.

“FullContact initially launched its headquarters search looking at traditional options, but the ability to customize a space under a short-term lease made flex space an attractive solution,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Alex Hammerstein, who represented FullContact in the lease. “The key to this strategy’s success was ensuring the space delivered on FullContact’s culture and workplace functionality, in addition to providing flexibility for growth.”
