CBRE’s Campbell Davis, James Brady and Patrick Devereaux represented the Texas-based seller. Good Signature Management, also of Texas, purchased the property in a sale that closed Nov. 7.

Built in 1980, Center at Evergreen totals 43K rentable SF across two low-rise buildings on a 3.2-acre lot. The property includes an eight-vehicle drive-thru facility used by patrons of U.S. Bank, the center’s largest and oldest tenant with nearly 30 years of occupancy.

More than 20 other businesses lease space in the buildings, representing banking/finance, law, insurance and wellness industries, among others. The property was 84% leased at the time of sale.

Center at Evergreen is located at the southeast intersection of Colorado State Highway 74 (Evergreen Parkway) and Lewis Ridge Road, about 25 miles west of downtown Denver.
