Where there are sellers, there has to be buyers. (In the case of our eBay auctions, they're usually the same person... us.) Beverly Hills-based Aragon Holdings just announced that it purchased Hampden Heights, a 376-unit apartment complex just north of Denver Tech Center as part of a package deal with two other apartment communities in Atlanta for a purchase price that totals $25M. It’s Aragon's first time in the Denver market. Company officials say Hampden Heights was an attractive buy given the average income of the local area was 20% above the rest of metro Denver, and its population is projected to grow 10% in five years.
