More spec office is coming to Frisco Station.

VanTrust Real Estate announced plans to build a six-story, 210K SF office building known as The Offices Three at Frisco Station near the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters in Frisco

The building will follow in the footsteps of The Offices One, a Class-A facility that opened in the development two years ago; and The Offices Two, which is in the final stages of construction and is 35% leased with Keurig Dr Pepper named as a future anchor tenant.

The Offices Three is being built at the southeast corner of Cowboys Way and Hickman Road in Frisco. Construction is slated to begin this month with completion expected sometime next year.

The 242-acre Frisco Station will eventually accommodate 1.5M SF of mid-rise office space and another 2M SF of campus-style product. It sits next to the The Star in Frisco and is within walking distance to the The Hub at Frisco Station entertainment district.

VanTrust named HKS Inc. architect of record on the latest spec build, while Manhattan Construction and Kimley Horn and Associates were selected as the development's contractor and civil engineer, respectively.

VanTrust selected Cushman & Wakefield’s DFW office to handle marketing and leasing activities.
