Mission Foods will consolidate its North Texas operations into a $200M campus in Grand Prairie. The tortilla maker signed a lease for 766k SF of industrial space at the 90-acre Logistics Crossing Industrial Park. The new manufacturing and distribution facility will be at 2401 Texas State Highway Spur 303 and will house about 500 employees, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Corporate Realty Advisors' James Rigelsky and Brian Kelly repped Mission Foods in its real estate search. Bob Rice and Forrest Robinson repped the landlord, Weeks Robinson.
