CBRE and OMS Strategies formed a partnership to help Dallas County sell off a number of its prime real estate holdings. The county will sell some urban infill properties to optimize its portfolio and improve customer service and working conditions for Dallas County staff, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

One of the properties is in the highly coveted Design District. 899 N Stemmons Fwy features 200k SF on 3.75 acres. The other two are smaller—35k SF and 40k SF, respectively–but zoned for office, multifamily and general commercial.
