Best To Invest: Dallas In Country's Top Three Markets

Placeholder

Competition is coming: a new survey of US investors by CBRE named Dallas the third-most-appealing market for investment in the country, behind only Los Angeles and New York.

This news will come as a shock to no one buying or selling real estate in the DFW Metroplex. Dallas continues to benefit from low taxes and low interest rates, which is bringing in companies and investors from all over the US. That, combined with its ideal central location, makes the North Texas city a hub for commerce and investors.

Dallas was also named the preferred "non-gateway" market for investors, with Atlanta, Seattle and Denver right behind. Watch your backs in 2017, LA and New York; Texans don’t like to lose.
