1920 McKinney Tops Out In Uptown Dallas

KDC and McCarthy celebrated the topping out of 1920 McKinney, a 12-story, 150k SF office building in Uptown Dallas. The Class-A building includes six stories of boutique office space over a six-story parking garage with an additional 8,500 SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.

The new property is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment options and boasts all the typical bells and whistles featured in a Class-A building. 1920 McKinney is a block from Klyde Warren Park and features a ratio of three parking spots for every 1k SF of office space.

Construction began in September 2014 with Boka Powell as the architect, JLL leasing the office space and The Retail Connection leasing the ground floor.
