WOOD PARTNERS OPENS STEELE CREEK

More than 100 people recently attended Wood Partners' grand opening for its $13M Steele Creek Seniors community. The project ?serves a critical need? for new, affordable housing for lower- to moderate-income seniors in the Charlotte area, Wood Partners' Ray Smith told the crowd. Others attending included board chairman of the Charlotte Housing Authority Joel Ford, government and community liaison for the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Will Parry-Hill, Charlotte Mayor Pro Tem Patrick Cannon, and Charlotte City Council member David Howard.
