| Charlotte-based Trinity Partners will be handling leasing for the 27k SF 4160 Piedmont Parkway building at Piedmont Centre in Greensboro, Trinity?s Molly Carroll tells us. The building now has more than 18k SF available at $15.50/SF. Trinity?s Beverly Keith will rep the building, which is owned by Bob Sweeney?s RJS Properties. Bob tells us the building would be great space for medical, educational, and service-related tenants. |
