TRINITY EXPANDS PORTFOLIO

Trinity Partners has been awarded the leasing and management responsibilities for nine Charlotte industrial buildings totaling almost 900k SF. Properties include buildings on Woodpark Boulevard, Carrier Drive, and Nations Ford Road, Trinity?s Bill Wood tells us. Bill, with Trinity?s Janice Crum, will lease and manage the properties. They represent solid and diverse industrial assets, Bill says, noting that five of the nine buildings are fully occupied. Anchors include Belk, Safelite Auto Glass, Allstate Insurance, and the American Red Cross.
