TOM KELLY OPENS NEW CHAPTER

At the end of this month, one of Charlotte CRE?s most familiar names will retire, sort of. Tom Kelly, 72, is leaving Cassidy Turley to start a new CRE business in the Ashville area. He'll still be working with corporate clients at Kelly Real Estate Consultants, perhaps at a slightly slower pace. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Tom broke into CRE in 1961. His career took him to Dallas in '79 and to Charlotte in '94. He's worked at several of the well-know firms, including CBRE, Commercial Carolina, Colliers Pinkard, and now, Cassidy Turley. ?The business gets in your blood, and I'm not ready to hang it up completely.?
