NORTHEASTERN GOES REGIONAL
Northeastern University President Joseph Aoun at grand opening for Charlotte campus
Northeastern University recently launched its first US regional campus in almost 14k SF of retail, classroom, and meeting space at uptown's 101 Independence Center.  A second regional campus is planned soon for Seattle, University President Joseph Aoun tells us. Trinity Partners' Charles Jonas repped the building owner, Gramercy Realty; Cassidy Turley's David Dorsch repped Northeastern; and Trinity Partners' Sherrie Chaffin coordinated the uptfit. Redline was project architect and Rodgers Builders was GC. Classes start in January.
