NASCAR Adds Colors

NASCAR Plaza is getting a new, full-color sign to replace its monochromatic one. No picture of the new color scheme is available yet, but Trinity Capital Advisor?s Molly Carroll  tells us the redesign has been in the works for a while, before Trinity and Rubenstein Partners finalized an agreement to sell the 390k SF building to Parkway Properties. The sign will be refinished by the end of the year, same as the transfer of ownership (which definitely counts as a going-away present).
