Leases
HCPro signed a 41k SF lease for a new corporate HQ at 75 Sylvan St. in Danvers that it will occupy as anchor tenant this fall. CresaPartners' Joe Sciolla, Joe Doyle, and Matt Harvey repped the tenant, which will move into Building A, a single-story 89,881 SF property within a three-building, 273,905 SF office complex. HCPro, which provides information to the healthcare compliance, regulations, and management industries, will relocate from 200 Hoods Lane in Marblehead.***Spectral Sciences, an R&D company, signed a 31k SF lease, doubling its space at 2-4 Fourth Ave., Burlington in NorthWest Park. RBJ&P?s Ron Friedman and Jonathan Varholak represented the tenant and the building's landlord, Nordblom Co., repped itself.

Multi-Employer Property Trust, a commingled real estate equity fund, signed two leases totaling 11,229 SF at Burlington Centre in Burlington, and was repped by CBRE New England. OASIS(Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information), a non-profit consortium, will occupy 2,407 SF at 25 Corporate Dr.Viridity Software, an energy resource manager, will occupy 8,822 SF at 35 Corporate Dr. Both tenants will move in this fall. CBRE New England?s Jason Levendusky and Kerry Olson repped the advisor for the landlord, Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, in both transactions. OASIS was repped by Norblom Co.?s James O'Neill and T3 Realty Advisors? Gregory Hoffmeister was at the table for Viridity.
Construction
Campanelli Construction will build a 31k SF distribution and office space at Westover Airport West on Lonczak Drive, Chicopee. It will be the last parcel developed at the 224-acre former Air Force base, now a private property with about 2M SF in 39 facilities for manufacturing and service companies like FedEx and Friendly Ice Cream.***Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden will build a new 25k SF athletic facility for its 1,000 students that now practice at scattered sites. Financing comes from an $8M bond issued by MassDevelopment and purchased by Salem Five Cents Savings Bank.

Essex Builders completed Phase One of remodeling Central Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealership on the Auto Mile in Norwood at 56 Providence Hwy. John R. Perry Architect prepared the design documents.

Environments at Work, a Haworth office furniture dealer, announced it recently completed furniture design and installation for Brown University's Science Center, a series of meeting rooms and offices on the third floor of the Sciences Library at 201 Thayer Street in Providence, RI. The project includes a large meeting room, six study rooms, three offices for graduate assistants, the library director and the assistant library director, and common space.

Elaine Construction announced that William Morash joined as director of project management to provide leadership on complex projects. Before Elaine, Bill was a managing director at Shawmut Design and Construction and has worked for others including Turner, Kennedy & Rossi and Linbeck.***Berry, a division of Suffolk Construction promoted Josie Corcoran to project exec; Neil Slyva TK to senior project manager; Stacey Stares to senior project manager; Sergio Tejada and Jeremy Thomsen to project engineers. Berry also hired Roland Sampson Jr. as a senior project manager

CBT Architects? Alfred Wojciechowski has been appointed to the Back Bay Association?s Board of Directors for a 3-year term. Since 1923, the association has advocated for the business community and quality of life in Back Bay.

Assignments
ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge was awarded a new project by Boston College to design interior renovations for 70k SF at 2121 Comm. Ave. on the Brighton Campus for office and administrative space. The building, known as the Chancery, was part of the Boston Archdiocese.
