Last week, Owen joined Terra Ventures founder David Tufaro, H&H Rock Cos prez Mark Levy, and other NAIOP Maryland members for a tour of Terra Nova's redevelopment of Mt. Vernon Mill #1 into 84 apartments (leasing now), two restaurants, and 40k SF of office.
