| Tuesday law firm Wilson Elser announced it inked a 15k SF lease at 500 E Pratt St, tripling its Baltimore presence. JLL's Mike Singer repped the tenant and says the firm moves from 5,000 SF at 200 St Paul Place in September. Wilson Elser managing partner Angela Russell says the move accommodates future growth (not to mention adds a nice view).
