| Jason Pantzer (whom we snapped with colleague Jordan Pantzer in their NYC office) tells us the property will be renamed The Point at Annapolis; Bozzuto had been property manager, but Pantzer?s Panco Management will take over. Pantzer acquired almost $600M worth of properties last year, including the 2,850-unit Magazine portfolio across suburban DC, 308 units in Laurel now called The Point at Laurel Lakes, and the B note on DC?s 190-unit Ellington. It also owns Laurel?s FoxFire Apartment Community. |
