NOVEMBER DEALS BEGIN?

St. John Properties' Bob Becker (left) tells us November has been slow. He just signed his first office lease of the month yesterday, 3,500 SF to a nonprofit repped by CBRE at 605 Global Way in the BWI Technology Park. Meanwhile, NAI KLNB's Jim Caronna (in the light coat, with Abeshouse Partners' Lynn Abeshouse and Kevin Keane) repped Calumet Enterprises in its $2M purchase of the 57k SF warehouse/light manufacturing building at 121 Kane St. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services' Mike Spedden repped the seller. Calumet's Clark Food Service will retrofit the property for sales, warehouse, and distribution to serve Maryland, DC, and NoVa. Jim is also emceeing Hollywood Squares with nine local CRE pros at the NAIOP Maryland holiday party Dec. 13.
