CBRE's Kevin Wille repped the landlord (a JV between Griffith Properties and Fremont Realty Capital purchased the building in 2006), with PNC repped by C&W's Courtenay Jenkins and Whitney Nye and GVA/Williams' John Hennessey. The new location offers more efficient space as well as better retail options for PNC employees (now they'll be able to grab a steak from Sullivan's without leaving the building). PNC regional president Louis Cestello said in a statement Baltimore's a ?major growth market? for the firm and the deal's a reflection of the bank's long-term commitment to the city. |
