General Growth Properties will spend $1.8M to improve the 876k SF, seven-building Columbia Corporate Center office campus next to the mall in Columbia Town Center. 10 and 20 Corporate Center will have remodeled lobbies, updated corridors, and new directory systems. Exterior renovations are also planned at 10, 20, and 30. At a March Madness-themed broker open house at Union Jack's Columbia to announce the investment: Cushman & Wakefield's Karen Cherry in the light suit and Hayes Merkert (third from right), who are handling leasing, and GGP's Luc Picotte on the right. Prize winners: KLNB's Chuck Breitenother, Manekin's Luke Allen, CBRE's Brendan Lough, Manekin's Brendon Behan, KLNB's Kate Jordan, KW Commercial's Evan Langert, and Manekin's Richard Fields.
