BCT Architects' Bryce Turner and ULI WaveMakers committee co-chair Terry Anne Hearn are demonstrating the grueling work of organizing ULI's annual WaveMaker awards at a recent planning meeting at the Federal Hill home of ULI's Pauline Harris. At the Oct. 6 event, Baltimore Development Corp's Jay Brodie will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
