Cowboy's Facility Director Buys Nerd Ranch at 200 Arizona Ave

Weaver & Woodbery's Jay Weaver and The Seng Co's Andrew Seng are getting out of the nerd ranching business. We spoke with Stan Johnson's Britton Burdette who along with Mollie Alteri just sold the Big Nerd Ranch, a 25k SF loft office facility at 200 Arizona Ave near Little Five Points, for $4.575M for the duo to Jud Heflin, who also is a Dallas Cowboy's facility manager at AT&T Stadium. Big Nerd Ranch is the company that trains software people to develop apps and has trained software engineers from big names like Google and Samsung. While the remainder of the term for Big Nerd Ranch was unclear, Britton says that the facility itself is one of the few loft offices in the Little Five Points area that are attractive to “innovative economy” companies, and was a key reason the buyer was attracted to the facility.
