Prolific Atlanta apartment developer Pollack Shores is eyeing the former Bobby & June's Kountry Kitchen site for a new mixed-use project. Pollack Shores filed with the City of Atlanta to rezone 375 14th St to a mixed-use residential site. Details on its plans were not disclosed in initial permit filings, and calls to Pollack Shores were not returned as of press time.

In recent months, Pollack Shores has been pursuing new apartment projects throughout the Southeast, including 1270 Spring in Midtown, the 111-unit ECHO at North Point Center on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta (here), and projects in both Orlando and South Tampa. The site is home to the old-style wood-framed Kountry Kitchen restaurant that shuttered its doors in 2010 after more than 30 years in business.
