Cornerstone is moving forward on its construction of a seven-story medical office project that will have a popular Chick-fil-A on the ground floor. Cornerstone has filed permits with the City of Atlanta to begin construction of the 160k SF Cornerstone Medical Office Building at 1895 Peachtree Road. As we previously reported here, the project will consist of ground-floor retail capped by the existing Chick-fil-A at the site, two levels of medical office, and senior housing units.
