| Suddenly we think CBRE's Ryan Hudson is everyone's best friend. That's because he recently won a trip for two (with the emphasis ontwo) to the 2011 US Open at Congressional Country Club, including a two-night stay at the Hay Adams hotel in DC (the hotel directly across from the White House, where staying on the top floor requires clearance from the Secret Service). Ryan (in the middle with Barry Real Estate's Caroline Nolen, Cushman & Wakefield's Lisa Dunavin and Aileen Almassy, and Barry's Andy Sumlin) won the prize during the broker event for Rubenstein Partners' 64 Perimeter Center East. |
