Rather than put our camera away, we also snapped Two Alliance Center because Tishman Speyer landed another tenant at the Buckhead office tower. Cleveland-based law firm Thompson Hine signed a 30k SF, 11-year lease and is relocating its regional office from Midtown's iconic One Atlantic Center later this year. Chalk up another lease for Tishman?s Chris Ahrenkiel, who repped ownership. Studley?s Andy Lechter and  Josh Hirsh repped the law firm. The Thompson Hine lease comes on the heels of Novelis announcing it would consolidate its world and US HQ at Two Alliance with a 100K SF lease. The building is now about 60% leased. (But who are they going to find to occupy that little pointy area at the tippy-top?)
