So much for cliches about going home again. Transwestern Atlanta's latest leasing assignment is the very building it was located in from 2005-2007 (before moving to Buckhead). Adding to its already more than 20M portfolio, Transwesetern's Greg Frankum and Matt Spickard will lease 900 Ashwood, the 205K SF office building in Central Perimeter owned by Griffin Capital. Transwestern has been making gains this past year on leasing and management assignments, including being tapped by  CW Capital  to lease Shadowood Office Park, a 200K SF office complex on Powers Ferry Road in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket.
