DUKE GETS PRIMERICA

Get ready to travel down ?Primerica Parkway.? No, it's not the newest Toby Keith hit. It's part of the deal just announced that has Duke Realty Corp developing a two-building, 344,400 SF build-to-suit for Primerica's HQ in Legacy Park in Gwinnett County (rendered).
