We went to Penn Social in Chinatown for Linktank’s #ThinkTank, where young people connect beyond the classroom through happy hours. We snapped IDB’s Macarena Torres and Oscar Pocasangre, and Council on Hemispheric Affairs’ Claudia Barrett.
