Super Schmooze!

Last night we hosted the 2014 Super Schmooze at the new DC District Center at 11th & E (and went to a couple other parties, too).

600 happy people ate the best food and drank the best drinks, along with top business networking in a fun new space. We snapped real estate developer Jim Abdo, Akridge’s Brian Connolly, and Cushman & Wakefield’s David Dochter.

Brabo’s classic mussel station paired nicely with Marcel’s spicy tuna tartar with avocado mousse in a sesame tuile, and a melon gazpacho with flower honey and cinnamon crouton. We snapped Brabo’s Harper McClure with Marcel’s Paul Stearman and Tori Touhill.

It was seafood lovers heaven as both Fujimar and Lima served delicious versions of Ahi tuna ceviche, while Cure Bar & Bistro served smoked shrimp, and J. There were fantastic cocktails from Red Light (a delicious spicy version of a Margarita), Marvin's (The Suzie with strawberries), The Gibson, Satellite Room, Patty Boom Boom, and Tonic with American Summit, and great wine from Tarara Winery.
