Last night we also celebrated the finalists in culinary excellence at the RAMMYS Nomination Party at The Hamilton, presented by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, which recognizes the best each year in the restaurant industry. We snapped its prez Kathy Hollinger with Passion Food Hospitality’s Gus DiMillo, nominated for Restaurateur of the Year.
The winners will be announced at the annual RAMMY awards gala on June 22. Some of the nominees are Casual Restaurant of the Year: Graffiato, Hank's Oyster Bar, Pearl Dive, Pizzeria Orso, Toki Underground; New Restaurant of the Year: Del Campo, Doi Moi, Le Diplomate, Red Hen, Table.
