Last night we also stopped by Weschlers Auctioneers for the 6th Annual Penn Quarter on the Block Charity Auction and Reception. We snapped Tim Hawk, Vince Morgan, Restaurant Assoc GM Jeff Wingate, Arlington Free Clinics Jody Kelly, and husband Steve.
