There hadn't been an operating brewery in DC since the '50s until Brandon and Jeff started DC Brau on Bladensburg Road NE in 2009, aiming to give the city a high-end, local brew. Monday's event features Brandon and panelists like Cava Mezze Grill founder Brett Schulman and Busboys & Poets founder Andy Shallal, as well as superbrokers Dave Dochter of Cushman & Wakefield and Miller Walker's Bill Miller.
