TransitScreen's Latest Raise

Placeholder

TransitScreen raised $600k from unnamed investors to expand sales and its technical team, adding a lead developer and front end developers. Launched by DC entrepreneurs Matt Caywood and Ryan Croft in 2012, the live LCD displays provide arrival and departure info on all public transportation options in major cities. The team, based in DC and San Fran, has worked to get the screens installed in office lobbies and other public areas in the US through property owners and managers like JBG, CBRE and Bozzuto, and universities like GMU. With the new funding, the team says it plans to expand throughout North America, Latin America and the Middle East.
