NeoSystems got just a little bigger, announcing today that it acquired MoCo IT. NeoSystems CEO Michael Tinsley says the buy is part of the company's strategy to expand its managed IT services offering. NeoSystems, based in Tysons Corner, Va., sells technical services for Deltek and IBM Cognos products, as well as accounting and human capital management. Reston, Va.-based MoCo IT designs infrastructure and software products, including remote monitoring and management, business process integration with IT, and project management. MoCo IT founder Andy Hoskins will become managed IT services VP at NeoSystems. The value of the deal is being kept private. The fish, above, also refused to comment.
