FOOD CITY! (Part 1)

DC real estate and culture is being transformed daily by the restaurant frenzy. That's why we're holding our SuperSchmooze on the evening of June 12; come meet the top chefs and eat the top food. Plus, open bar, and business execs from all industries. Here’s a preview:

Renowned chef Robert Weidmaier will be serving Belgian French haute cuisine. Of course, he's created several of DC's top restaurants, like Marcel, Brasserie Beck, and Brabo.

Westend Bistro chef Jessica Biederman will be doing lobster tater tots served with tarragon and whole grain mustard crème fraiche.

1789 chef Anthony Lombardo will serve slow-roasted lamb shoulder with fennel, Greek yogurt, freekah, and artichoke salad.

Art & Soul chef Wes Morton will be dishing up Southern deliciousness. The restaurant, which followed President Obama into town from Chicago, uses recipes that were Oprah’s favorites.

Joe's Seafood and Prime Steak & Stone Crab chef Gary Baca will serve up rock shrimp and bay scallop ceviche at SuperSchmooze. Stay tuned for profiles of the rest of many more chefs next week. It's going to be a food and business showcase you rarely see. Sign up now!
