Consulting firm Dean & Co. is relocating its headquarters in Tysons

The firm signed a lease with Lerner to move its corporate headquarters to a 36K SF space on the fifth and sixth floors of 1600 Tysons Blvd., the developer announced Tuesday.

JLL's Steve Ranck and Robb Johnson represented the tenant, while JLL's Brian Tucker and John Dragelin represented Lerner. The relocation will move the company about 1 mile from its current home at 8065 Leesburg Pike in Tysons, according to its website.

The deal comes one year after Lerner signed Arconic for 23K SF at 1600 Tysons. In 2017, it signed Hensel Phelps for 30K SF at the building. The building is part of Lerner's 117-acre Tysons II community, which includes the Tysons Galleria Mall and several office buildings.

"With its unmatched accessibility, just footsteps from the Tysons Corner Metro Station, and world-class facilities, including a new amenity suite located on our lobby level, 1600 Tysons Boulevard will make a fantastic headquarter location," Lerner principal Mark Lerner said in a release. "Tysons II continues to solidify its position as the iconic business address of Northern Virginia."
