San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty is jumping into the DC market with a $73.5M Chantilly, VA, office acquisition.

The firm bought Stonecroft I and II, located at 4801 and 4803 Stonecroft Blvd, from Indianapolis-based Duke Realty, with CBRE brokering the deal.

The buildings, built in 1998 and 2005, respectively, contain roughly 320k SF of offices. They served as the HQ of TASC before it was acquired in 2015 by Engility, a defense contractor that now occupies the buildings.

Stonecroft II, on the right, includes The Freedom Auditorium, a 25k SF, fully secured conference center.

"Stonecroft I and II are strategically located near the National Reconnaissance Office and other imperative agencies responsible for homeland and global cyber security,” CBRE SVP Michael Blunt said in a release.
