Which DC Owner is Selling Big in NYC?

Washington, D.C. Office

The owner of the DC region's tallest building may be selling a New York tower. According to Crain's, Rosslyn's own Monday Properties, along with partners Invesco and the National Pension Service of South Korea, is about to put 230 Park Ave—a 1.4M SF tower adjacent to NYC's Grand Central Station—on the open market. Crain's says the building could fetch at least $1.5B. Legendary New York developer Harry Helmsley owned the building for generations.
