Memorable project: South Cathedral Mansions, 2900 Connecticut Ave NW. Nearly 100-year-old property, developed by Harry Wardman, it's on the National Register of Historic Places and is an official DC landmark. Renovating it for CAS Riegler and Commonwealth Residential into 165 apartments, the first 100 of which will deliver in Q3 2016. Converting an old carriage house on site into amenity space with a dining room and chef's kitchen.
CRE career: Joined NVR (Ryan Homes) right out of college. After seven great years with Ryan Homes, moved to DC and joined Urban Investment Partners.
Grew up: Born in Washington State on Whidbey Island (father was a Naval Aviator), but grew up in NoVa.
Fondest childhood memory: Watching the New York Giants beat the 'Skins at RFK countless times.
Current home: Arlington.

Startling fact: Great-grandfather (L.A. Snead) was the first man selected by the Republican National Committee to run as vice President on Warren G. Harding's ticket. They eventually settled on Calvin Coolidge when they discovered that my L.A. was only 34 years old.
