Ashburn Medical Office Park Trades For $15M

The Ashburn Farm Professional Plaza

A joint venture of MBRE Healthcare and Kayne Real Estate Advisors has bought a three-building medical office park in Loudoun County

The partnership acquired the Ashburn Farm Professional Plaza from Harrison Street Real Estate Capital for $15M. 

Avison Young's investment sales team of Jim Kornick, Mike Wilson, Chip Ryan, Erik Foster, John Kevill and Mark Johnson marketed the property on behalf of the seller.

Built between 1999 and 2002, the 2-acre office park consists of three brick buildings totaling 25K SF. Its tenants include family practices, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, radiology specialists, orthopedists, dentists and a day care center.

The property sits at the intersection of Ashburn Farm and Clairborne parkways, about 1 mile from the Dulles Greenway. Across the street is a Giant-anchored retail center with several restaurants and service retailers. 

“Ashburn Farm Professional Plaza attracted significant interest because it offered investors an opportunity for secure cash flow in a highly coveted submarket,” Kornick said in a release. “The property's ideal location is one of the reasons it appeals to both tenants and investors alike.”
