CBRE Exec Departs To Lead Cushman & Wakefield's D.C. Multifamily Valuation Team
Cushman & Wakefield has lured a D.C. multifamily valuation leader away from competitor CBRE.
Chase Pike joins Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory team as senior director, and will lead the brokerage's Multifamily Practice Group in the D.C. region.
Pike previously worked as vice president for CBRE's Multifamily Valuation Group. While at CBRE, Pike valued over $5B in multifamily and mixed-use assets. Before that, he worked as an asset manager at Gates Hudson, where he analyzed over $1.5B in new acquisitions. Pike received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate degree from Georgetown University.
"He brings an unparalleled depth of multifamily knowledge and experience to this role, from acquisitions and asset management to valuation," Cushman & Wakefield Senior Managing Director Lynda Gallagher said in a release. "We are confident that Chase’s commitment to client service will allow us to expand and grow our reach and enhance our reputation as the leading commercial valuation brand.”
