Cushman & Wakefield has lured a D.C. multifamily valuation leader away from competitor CBRE

Pike previously worked as vice president for CBRE's Multifamily Valuation Group. While at CBRE, Pike valued over $5B in multifamily and mixed-use assets. Before that, he worked as an asset manager at Gates Hudson, where he analyzed over $1.5B in new acquisitions. "He brings an unparalleled depth of multifamily knowledge and experience to this role, from acquisitions and asset management to valuation," Cushman & Wakefield Senior Managing Director Lynda Gallagher said in a release. "We are confident that Chase’s commitment to client service will allow us to expand and grow our reach and enhance our reputation as the leading commercial valuation brand.”
