The sedan above was so excited by this sale that it didn't realize it was in a restricted zone.On Friday, a Toll Brothers affiliate purchased this vacant lot at the corner of K and 2nd streets in NoMa for $30.2M, according to public record. Toll officials couldn't be reached for comment, but the firm appears to be making development in DC a top priority--it also purchased a site in Capitol Riverfront last April for $24M and recently launched a condo group in the region, as we reported in January.
